Filtration systems

I’mWATER designs and manufactures all types of water filtration systems for the industrial and municipal markets.
Such as bed filters, cartridge filters, or ring filters, made of carbon steel and stainless steel, with coatings of epoxy paint, ceramic, or ebonite, and ranging from diameters of 500 mm to 4 meters.

Internals and sight glasses.
Lower distributors:
- Collector arms: suitable for washing only with water – economical – good performance – recommended by default.
- Strainer plate.
- Better distribution.
- Necessary for air and water wash.
- Higher price.
Upper diffusers:
- GRP or Metal.
Sight glasses: highly recommended to validate the correct expansion of the beds during wash cycles and ensure proper backwashing.
- Acrylic.
- Glass.

The filtration fronts are designed based on the customer’s flow and quality requirements. I’mWATER can offer advice on system sizing.
The system can include a valve front, either manual or automated. The automatic valves can be motorized or pneumatic.
Valve boxes for controlling the pneumatic system are also provided, as well as air compressors if necessary.
The filtration and automatic backwash system is controlled via a PLC installed in the electrical panel of the installation.
