Industrial effluent neutralization

I’mWATER designs and manufactures compact industrial effluent neutralization systems.

  • Neutralization of acidic or alkaline effluents.
  • Systems with a double alternating neutralization chamber. The first chamber is filled and begins the neutralization process, and while it is in process and subsequently emptied, the second chamber starts to fill, and vice versa. This way, the process is continuous.
  • The neutralization systems from I’mWATER follow our philosophy of compact equipment, mounted on skids or in containers.
  • Two neutralization chambers. Tanks in HDPE, FRP, or even larger designs in civil works. Consult.
  • Acid and base reagent storage tanks.
  • Acid and base reagent dosing pumps. Proportional dosing based on continuous pH measurement.
  • Continuous pH measuring probes.
  • Rapid mixing system for the chamber volumes (mixing with agitators, or recirculation with pumps + mixing with eductors).
  • Emptying pumps (can be the same as those used for recirculation + eductors).
  • Final pH measurement and outlet flowmeter.
  • Automatic valves for filling and emptying the different chambers.
  • Electrical control panel and full automation.
