Manufacturing of water treatment equipment

I’mWATER designs, calculates, and manufactures various equipment related to water and fluid treatment.
The decantation process is used to remove solid particles in suspension in water, primarily.
Laminated decantation separates the heavy particles suspended in water, and subsequently, this water is treated.
With the lamellar process, the distance the particles travel to reach decantation is reduced.
The fluid passes between the lamellas, causing the separation of suspended particles, which then slide down the incline to the bottom, allowing the clean water to rise and be collected in the outlet chamber.
This lamellar decantation process is used in water treatment plants and in wastewater treatment plants.
These systems use inclined lamellar pieces to increase the sedimentation surface area, facilitating the separation of solids from water. The treated water is separated into two stages: a top layer of clarified water and a bottom layer of sedimented sludge that is periodically removed from the system.
Compact decanters in containerized structures, fully constructed from carbon steel.
The decanters manufactured by I’mWATER are custom-built based on the project’s and client’s needs, using advanced calculation software and measuring the surface to be decanted, the desired water quality, available space, etc. It is essential to consider variables such as velocity, retention time, etc., to achieve optimized performance when performing these calculations.
